Hello! My name is Jen Treasure and I have the pleasure of training clients full-time—a dream I’ve long cherished. Before embarking on this fulfilling journey, I spent 23 years in corporate America. Throughout those years, I always found joy in assisting Stephen with his fitness classes. The more I helped, the more people asked if I could train them one-on-one. This demand inspired me to pursue my passion fully. I had the incredible opportunity to get certified and be mentored by one of the best in the industry, Stephen.
My passion lies in helping people stay active because I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of exercise, and I am eager to share that with as many people as possible. One of my favorite aspects of being a personal trainer is changing the perspectives of those who may have never worked out before or who previously did not embrace it.
